Our commitments.
In public. In writing.

These are not aspirations. They are binding public commitments — things we hold ourselves to regardless of what is convenient, profitable, or easy. If we fail on any of these, you have the right to say so publicly and we will address it directly.

We will never sell your data.

Your financial data, behavioral patterns, archetype, and Receipt entries will never be sold to any third party for any reason. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to anyone. This is a permanent commitment with no exceptions.

We will never hide the cancel button.

You can cancel your subscription in three taps from your Profile screen at any time. No confirmation screens designed to frustrate you. No "are you sure?" loops. No retention flows that feel like traps. Three taps. Done. We are confident enough in the product to make leaving easy.

We will never increase prices without notice.

If we ever raise prices, you will receive at least 30 days notice before the increase takes effect. You will have the option to cancel before the new price applies. We will never retroactively change what you agreed to pay.

We will delete your bank statements immediately.

When you upload a bank statement to Munē Moment, it is analyzed and then permanently deleted. We do not store your original financial documents. The deletion timestamp appears in your Receipt. This is not a policy we can quietly change — it is architecturally enforced.

We will always have a free tier.

The archetype quiz, reveal, Daily Edge, Blueprint structure, and limited Ask munē access will always be free. We will never remove access to your archetype identity or lock you out of your financial identity data because you cannot pay. The knowledge is not a luxury.

We will never cross the advice boundary.

munē is a financial education platform, not a licensed financial advisor. When a question requires a licensed professional, we say so clearly, explain why, and help you find one. We will never make a securities recommendation, provide tax advice, or cross any line that requires a license we do not hold.

We will protect employer benefit users' privacy absolutely.

If you access munē through an employer, your employer will never see your individual data. Not your archetype. Not your Blueprint. Not your Receipt. Not your Ask munē conversations. Employers receive only anonymized aggregate reports. Your financial identity is yours alone.

We will return 1% of revenue to the community. Permanently.

One percent of all Mune Technologies revenue — permanently — is returned to the communities we serve through the Community Fund. Free workshop delivery, access grants, after-school programs. This is not a CSR initiative. It is a founding commitment written into how the company operates.

We will always build The Carry.

For every ten paying subscribers, one person receives full Personal access at no charge through The Carry program — designed for users for whom cost is a genuine barrier. The Carry is funded by the community, for the community. It will exist as long as munē exists.

We will be honest about where we are.

We will never present aspirational status as current status. We will never claim features are live when they are not, claim users we do not have, or claim data we have not earned. Our investor page, our platform page, and our product are honest about exactly where we stand. Always.

The Carry

The Carry gives full munē Personal access to users for whom cost is a genuine barrier. No shame. No expiry date pressure. One check-in per week minimum. The exit condition is simple: when your financial situation stabilizes, you pass the access to someone who needs it. The community holds the door open for itself.
