By accessing getmune.com, completing the mune quiz, joining the waitlist, or purchasing any mune product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use mune.

mune is a financial education platform. We provide tools, content, and guidance to help you understand your relationship with money and build healthier financial habits.
mune is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker-dealer, or licensed financial planner. Nothing on getmune.com or in any mune product constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

mune is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant any specific financial outcome from using mune products or following mune guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mune Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of mune, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on mune content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of mune shall not exceed the amount you paid to mune in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms as mune grows. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of mune after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
