Agreement to terms

By accessing or using munē at getmune.com or app.getmune.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use munē. These terms apply to all users of munē, including individuals, organizations, and community program participants.

What munē is — and is not

munē is a financial behavior and wellness platform. It helps you understand your behavioral relationship with money, build a personalized plan, track your progress, and access financial education.

munē is not:

• A licensed investment advisor or broker-dealer
• A bank or financial institution
• A credit repair service
• A tax preparation service
• A substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice

munē Chat provides educational information based on your financial situation. Responses from munē Chat do not constitute professional financial advice. When munē Chat identifies a situation that requires professional guidance, it will tell you so and will not attempt to substitute for that guidance.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create a munē account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getmune.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their explicit consent. You may not share your account credentials with others.

Subscriptions and billing

munē Personal is available on a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

We will not increase subscription prices without notifying you at least 30 days in advance. If you cancel after a billing period begins, you will retain access through the end of that period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Your data and content

You own your data. You grant munē a limited license to process your data to provide the service — including analyzing bank statements, generating your Blueprint, and powering munē Chat. This license does not permit munē to sell your data or use it for advertising.

Bank statements you upload are deleted immediately after analysis. We do not retain raw financial documents. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use munē for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to access, probe, or test the security of munē systems
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• Use munē to provide financial advice to others for compensation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from munē

Intellectual property

The munē name, wordmark, macron-ē design, Munē Types, Financial Vitals system, Munē Score methodology, and all munē content are the intellectual property of Mune Technologies Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from munē's proprietary content without written permission.

Disclaimers

munē is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that munē will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific financial outcomes will result from using munē.

Financial outcomes depend on many factors outside munē's control, including your income, expenses, economic conditions, and individual decisions. Past behavioral patterns identified by munē do not guarantee future financial results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mune Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of munē, including financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of munē after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
