Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what we need to run mune, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time. The details are below.

Who we are

mune is a financial education platform operated by Mune Technologies Inc., a Delaware C-Corp. Our website is getmune.com. When this policy says "mune," "we," "us," or "our," it means Mune Technologies Inc.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use our platform.

Information you provide:

First name and email address when you join the waitlist or complete the quiz
Your mune Type (archetype result from the quiz)
Your Floor number (the balance threshold you set in the quiz)
Your household situation and income type (selected in the quiz)
Payment information when you purchase the Transformation Workbook — processed securely by Gumroad, not stored by us

Information collected automatically:

Pages visited and time spent on getmune.com
Device type, browser, and general location (country/state level)
Email open and click data through our email provider

How we use your information

To send you your personalized mune Type guide after quiz completion
To send you the onboarding email sequence relevant to your archetype
To notify you when the mune app launches
To improve the quiz, guides, and platform based on usage patterns
To respond to your questions or support requests
To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.

Third-party services we use

Supabase — stores your waitlist data (email, archetype, floor number, situation). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Resend / Loop — sends your archetype guide email and onboarding sequence. Your email address is shared with these providers solely for this purpose.
Gumroad — processes payments for the Transformation Workbook. We do not store your payment details.
Vercel — hosts getmune.com. May collect standard server logs.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Email communications

By providing your email address through the quiz or waitlist, you consent to receive:

Your personalized mune Type guide (one email, sent immediately)
Your archetype onboarding sequence (four emails over 30 days)
Launch and product updates (infrequent)

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing removes you from marketing emails but does not delete your account data — to request full deletion, email sam@getmune.com.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Deletion — ask us to delete your data entirely
Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
Opt-out — unsubscribe from emails at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email sam@getmune.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your waitlist spot is active or as required by law. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by legal obligation.

Children's privacy

mune is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at sam@getmune.com and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest for stored data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as mune grows. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of mune after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
